As far back as in the remote 1988, Alexander Milov together with a group of like-minded associates established an R&D production cooperative Latvnauchkompleks (LNK). That was the time of the inception of an absolutely new economic system in this country and a cooperative was a prototype of an entrepreneurial society in modern sense of the word

Practically from the start the company established production, construction and engineering as priorities in its activities. Already at the initial stage, the previous experience of the project participants made it possible to launch the design and manufacture of special testing equipment for science and research laboratories. Along with that. construction (first and foremost bridge-building) and other engineering projects were developed. Thus, the enterprises gradually took shape of a concern or a holding
